How do I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Simply enter it in our Track Shipments area.
What are your shipping rates?
Our rates vary based on volume, weight and the pickup/delivery addresses
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes, we handle all your customs requirements. We specialize in UK import/export customs entries
What items are prohibited from shipping?
Due to additional certification and licensing we are unable to handle any food stuffs, tobacco, explosives and munitions
How do I file a claim for damaged goods?
In the event of goods being damaged, please reach out to your personal account manager and they will be happy to talk you through the steps of making an insurance claim
How do I login to the My Shipments area?
You can access the customer area login via our homepage, or by visiting: My Shipments
Where can I see my quotes?
Within the My Shipments area, you can find the quotes section in the sidebar, which lists all of your quotes with us
