I have used Aver Logistics a number of times to ship pallets of card/boards games from China to the UK. I've dealt with John, Klara and Olivia at different times, and have been impressed by all of them. The communication has always been quick, polite and clear, even when the pressure is on. The prices are competitive and they are very responsive. When shipping/moving goods things don't always go to plan, but they've always done their best to get things moving when delays have occurred and have communicated how it's going and kept me in the loop. Recently when I had a very urgent shipment that had been delayed but stuff outside our control, they really pushed to get it to me ASAP after it landed in the UK ahead of an urgent deadline I had, and I really appreciated that when many would have just allowed it to come later.
