What can’t be shipped by air transport?
Certain items are restricted under IATA and airline regulations, such as flammable or corrosive materials, unprotected lithium batteries, and hazardous chemicals.
Our compliance team will review your shipment, confirm if it qualifies for air transport, and provide DG-certified handling or alternative routing if needed.
How do I track my shipment?
Tracking starts the moment your booking is confirmed.
You’ll receive a real-time tracking link showing flight details, customs status, and estimated delivery.
Updates are available via our website, mobile app, email, or SMS, ensuring full visibility from take-off to delivery.
What about customs clearance?
Customs clearance is fully managed by our in-house brokerage team.

What documentation do I need for air freight?
For most air shipments, you’ll need a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Air Waybill.
Depending on your cargo and destination, we may also request an Export Licence, Certificate of Origin, or MSDS for hazardous materials.

Can you collect from multiple suppliers?
