To comply with current Customs Regulations, please advise details below, required for the Customs Entry. Failure to provide full details in advance of arrival will result in a delay with the shipments clearance and delivery. Any storage resulting will be billed at cost to yourself. Declaration

We, the undersigned, hereby authorize Aver Logistics Ltd and its authorized agencies to act on our behalf for all customs-related matters. This includes, but is not limited to, entering, signing, and amending all customs entries under direct representation. Additionally, we authorize Aver Logistics Ltd to process any duty reclaims on our behalf, with repayments directed to Aver Logistics Ltd. This authorization is provided as a standing instruction to Aver Logistics Ltd. We accept the responsibility to notify Aver Logistics Ltd of any changes to our details at least five (5) days before the arrival of any shipment at the port. By paying any import invoice, we agree that the customs entry is accurate and truthful. We acknowledge that any errors are our responsibility as the importer of record. If we are a foreign importer of record, we confirm that we have obtained written confirmation from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) regarding the validity of the provided commodity codes. We also agree to indemnify Aver Logistics Ltd from any errors arising as an indirect representative.
